2024 RIDING SCHOOL MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Our riding school offers a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all ages can learn the fundamentals of riding, showing, and horsemanship. Our experienced and passionate instructors are dedicated to sharing their love of horses and helping riders of all levels achieve their goals.

Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Monthly Membership Fees: Students must pay the monthly membership fee in full by the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur a $25 fee.

  • No-Shows and Cancellations: No makeup lessons are offered for missed lessons. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Makeup Lessons: For cancellations with 24 hours notice, students can arrange makeup lessons with their instructor. Two makeup dates will be offered.

  • No Refunds or Credits: There are no refunds or credits for unused lessons in the current month.

  • Consistent Monthly Fees: Membership fees remain the same each month, regardless of the number of lessons taken.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

Note: Memberships are per student, not per family.  All students are required to have their membership.   Time slots are not transferable.  All must be paid in full by the 1st of the month.  No slots will be reserved without payment. 

Jumping Memberships:  

Up to 5 Jump  Reserved Time Slots  Per Student, Per Month   $315

Up to 8 Jump Reserved  Time Slots  Per Student, Per Month $ 480

Flat Memberships:

Up to 5 Flat Reserved Time Slots  Per Student, Per Month $290

Up to 8 Flat Reserved  Time Slots  Per Student, Per Month $440

PAYMENT INFORMATION:   

Payment Due Date: The 1st of each month.

Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be charged for payments made after the 1st but before the first lesson of the month.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Check: Make checks payable to [Your Business Name] and place them in the payment box or mail them to [Your Address]. Please note that mailed checks may take approximately 5 business days to process.

  • Venmo: Send payments to [Your Venmo Username] using the "Friends and Family" option. Please include the student's name in the memo.

  • Cash: Place cash in the payment box and include the student's name and the month for which the payment is intended on the envelope.

  • Stripe Credit Card Payments: A 2.9% service fee will apply to credit card payments processed through Stripe.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION POLICY:

To cancel your membership with Shenanigans Farm LLC, you must provide at least 30 days' written notice before the start of the following month. Failure to do so will result in a full month's membership fee.

Shenanigans Farm LLC reserves the right to terminate membership for any reason, including late payments, multiple cancellations, or no-shows. A written notice will be provided to the student.

Please note that membership fees are non-refundable.
